Bawrunga Medical Service has Medical Practices located in Nambucca Heads and Macksville on the beautiful NSW Mid North Coast, Dubbo and Gilgandra in Central Western NSW. Full and part time positions are available for suitably qualified applicants.
The overall purpose of the Receptionist position is to be the first point of contact for patients of the Practices. You
will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all patients,
their carers', other external clients, as well as your colleagues.
Skills & Experience:
Must have experience in a

pressure and respond to fluctuating workflow. You will need to have excellent
organisational and time management skills.
Collaborative and flexible
approach in working with the wider Administration team in line with the
Ability to communicate with
clarity both verbally (face-to-face and telephone) and written.
Ability to use computer
systems – competence required in Word and Excel and Best Practice is highly
regarded. Competent typing skills.
Delivery of excellent Customer
Service (to internal and/or external clients).
High attention to detail, a
strong sense of collaboration and a desire to take initiative.
